I like the stay, private and quiet. The only thing I dont like is they are very rigid on the breakfast timing. We actually asked for 30 mins later at 830am instead of 8am but they rejected immediately although we were told when we check in we can asked for later morning breakfast. The next morning the call keep coming to ask us to come to eat NOW. and we had to rush

Everything was immaculate and the onsen water was fantastic; adding a shuttle service would make the experience even better.

The staff were helpful; walking up the middle of the mountain to shop was a bit tiring.
