I didn’t have breakfast, and the shower had cold water.

The family room was hyper spacious, with access to the pool even late at night, and it was 2 minutes from the Phalaborwa gate. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast requires you to go with a car, and in the morning it opens late for those who want to be at the Kruger Park gate at opening.

I expected a larger room after seeing the online photo, but it turned out to be much smaller than I thought.

It was so awful that I had to book elsewhere and they kept my R700; if you’re a black South African, don’t even try. The reception was terrible and the treatment was unacceptable.
