“Looked nice online, but didn't have the vibe.”

The spot is great, just a few blocks from the city center, and the Avon River is at the end of the block; the mattress is comfortable. However, the room felt like Harry Potter’s cupboard under the stairs, worsened by a plumbing corner that gurgled water near your head at night. It’s very small, stuffy, and located above the kitchen, so extractor fan noise was loud until late. The communal areas, especially the dining area, lacked comfort. Overall, the property’s communal spaces, room, and cleanliness fell short of what I expected after seeing it online.

We often stay there because it’s close to the city, gardens, city buses, and the hospital.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Riverside markets, but the double room is very small.

Close to city, good location. Climbing up stairs with heavy bags . No lift Having pacemaker in does not help an older person. Yes, they had rooms, but having decided to stay another night , I did i rebooked in more 1 night stay having to take all luggage out lugging around the whole city to stay there and no place to hold bags until I came back was a bit off. Because I had found i wasn't feeling will with my heart being unstable the whole day sitting in the botanical gardern until after 2pm The guy that served me was no very helpful to me at all And I won't be staying at this place again
