The claim about “parking nearby” is simply wrong – the island is car‑free, and from the ferry terminal to the property is several kilometers on foot. We live car‑free at home, so we expect precise accessibility info. During this trip, many bags were in the car‑share vehicle with sailing gear, cooking and camping supplies, and kayaking equipment. From the mainland parking lot to the property, we had to re‑pack and move many bags due to the very annoying misinformation. The pick‑up service to and from the ferry terminal worked well, even with our many pieces of luggage. The trail on the dike at the property has been overgrown and closed for years, making it impassable. The plastic waste at breakfast is noteworthy for tent accommodations that claim “close to nature.”
