“Stayed whilst walk the Cumbria way. The hostel was a great choice of accommodation without the high expense”

The welcome was great, the location is good, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of hot water.

An amazing place with wonderful staff who are so helpful. Great guests too – it’s nice to meet interesting people.

I really liked the location it was at; the communal hall and kitchen were super clean and had all the amenities that I needed. Cleanliness in the restroom and bathroom was top-notch, which is all a person needs on a stay like this. My room was good, but the bed was very uncomfortable; the mattress kept sagging down, which was hard on my back. Other than that, everything was top-notch

“Not the best value however good standard YHA”

The location is fair and within easy walking distance of Coniston. It’s clean with friendly staff. It’s fairly expensive for what it is, with limited toilet/showers. Breakfast is fair value.
