“Disappointing”

I never even got to stay there because they cancelled my reservation on the day we were traveling, claiming overbooking. We had booked almost a month ahead for an event, so they left us stranded on the day of the event and we still haven’t received a refund, forcing us to double‑pay for last‑minute accommodation elsewhere.

“Soggiorno piacevole”

The location was about 35–40 minutes on foot from the city centre and 15–20 minutes by public transport routes 10 or 93. The staff were very helpful; a gentleman who spoke Italian immediately contacted me and resolved the access code issue. The bathroom lacked a mirror inside the wardrobe and the hook was missing, making it unusable, and the heating was often turned off.
