Never, I repeat, NEVER rent this place for your stay in Naples. This is not a proper apartment for tourist accommodation. It is essentially a basement‑like room with no window at all and absolutely no natural light whatsoever. There is not even a small window providing daylight or ventilation. The room is completely enclosed, which makes it feel more like a basement or storage space than a place intended for people to live in. The most disturbing thing was the strong smell of dampness and mould, which made the room extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay in. The combination of no window, no natural light and the smell of mould made the atmosphere particularly unpleasant. The property is presented in the listing in a way that gives a completely different impression from what you actually find upon arrival. The fact that there is no window whatsoever and no natural daylight should be clearly and prominently stated in the description before anyone books this place. We were so disappointed and uncomfortable that we had no choice but to leave the accommodation before the end of our paid stay. We contacted Support and requested a refund because the actual conditions were significantly different from what we expected based on the listing. At the time of writing this review, the refund issue has still not been resolved. What made the experience even more frustrating was that we had already paid for the accommodation and only discovered the actual conditions after arriving and checking in. I strongly recommend that future guests carefully check the actual conditions before booking this place. Do not assume that the photographs in the listing represent a normal apartment with natural light — they do not show the reality that there is no window at all. For us, this was an extremely unpleasant experience and completely unsuitable for a comfortable stay in Naples. We would not choose this accommodation again and cannot recommend it to other travellers.
The space was beautiful and close to the sea, but it was a bit small, just enough for a couple.

The room had a damp smell, felt claustrophobic, had no windows or space, and was in a basement; water leaked from below the shower glass.
The place is in a great spot and looks fantastic. The host was quick to reply and very friendly. The room lacks a window, the air‑conditioner is noisy, and there’s a damp, humid smell.
