I had a fantastic stay; a few days before my departure the hotel reached out proactively, offering useful information and arranging airport pick‑up since it was my first visit. Two staff members, Rasal and Maniam, greeted us at the entrance and assisted throughout the check‑in. The location is excellent, right next to the Twin Towers, with the pool facing them. The room was fully equipped, feeling like home, and the housekeeping was meticulous. A five‑minute walk from the KLCC station on the 5th line makes commuting easy. We stayed for four days and will definitely return; highly recommend.

What can I say about Acappella? It’s the place everyone should stay when visiting Kuala Lumpur—a refined, exquisite spot. The staff and manager’s attention are everything good in the world. The rooms are perfectly decorated, air‑conditioned, and smell wonderful; the bedding and towels feel like cotton against the skin, and the minibar is restocked daily. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations; I would definitely return and strongly recommend staying at Acappella when you visit KL. It’s also well‑located in the heart of KLCC, right around the Petronas Towers! What more can I say? An essential place to stay. Thank you for making my stay a true pleasure.

“Best property i’ve ever stayed in”

EVERYTHING about the property is beyond expectation… the room was spotless, very clean. The towels, linnens and eveythingelse were very neat & clean. I bought my 2 kids, they were spoiled by Jasmine 🥰. I think I was spolied too… the location is perfect, walking distance to suria, twin tower, aquaria… jasmine took care of me from the day the booking were confirmed. She contacted me right away, to make sure everything is going well. Rascal and Maniam were very helpfull as well. The view from my room was also beautiful. NONE

“In the City, Next to KLCC tower, Prime location. Amazing Staff specially Rasal. Full upgraded and better then 1000 of ho”

The hotel sits right next to the KLCC Twin Tower and feels very safe and secure, with a full upgrade that makes it look clean and modern. The staff, especially Rasal who was available even at midnight, were incredibly helpful. Everything you could need is on site, so it feels like home ❤️ Thanks. The only thing I’d add is a small mirror in the room or a plug for a dryer in the toilet.
