“Excellent place.”
The staff were friendly, professional, and the rooms were clean. The location was convenient for us traveling from New Orleans to Kansas. The beds felt a bit soft for me, and the toilet was slightly low.

My stay of nearly a week had several significant drawbacks that impacted my comfort. On the positive side, the rest of the hotel accommodations were decent, but a few major issues need addressing. First, the tap water had a very peculiar taste and a heavy, slimy, over-treated feel to it, and offering complimentary bottled water would be a simple and necessary fix. Second, the handicap unit's bathtub features a glass shower door that made getting in and out extremely awkward and difficult, and combined with the slippery water, it felt unsafe. Third, the jacuzzi was completely empty and unavailable for the entire duration of my 5-night stay. Finally, on my final day, staff attempted to open my door directly without knocking first, which was very jarring and unnerving. Overall, between the accessibility hurdles, the water quality, the unavailable amenities, and the privacy lapse, I expected a much higher standard. This is my second stay. Unless it changes my last. My 5-night stay this year had several significant drawbacks. Compared to the much larger room I had last year, this year's room felt quite small. While I am glad there were no major security issues like my car being broken into here last year, on my final day a staff member attempted to directly open my door without knocking, which was very jarring and unnerving. Additionally, the advertised jacuzzi was completely empty and unavailable for my entire 5-night stay, and staff repeatedly misled me by continually promising it would be open that night rather than being honest. The tap water also had a peculiar taste and a heavy, slimy, over-treated feel, and offering complimentary bottled water would be a helpful fix. Finally, the handicap unit's bathtub features a glass shower door that made getting in and out very awkward and difficult, and combined with the slippery water, it felt unsafe. Overall, between the cramped room, the dishonest communication regarding amenities, the water quality, the broken promises, and the privacy lapse, I expected a much better experience

The location was perfect for us, especially since we went to the OU football game. Nothing to complain about.

Right when you walked in it was inviting and the staff was great! The rooms were clean and very roomy. The shuttle to the casino was even better!. I

The blonde gentleman at the front desk was the absolute best; he should get a raise! We could have used more towels, and the bed was so firm it gave me upper back pain while my husband was fine. The front desk guy was understanding and handed me two large comforters to soften my side of the bed, so that night I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was good and there was a nice single‑serve coffee machine.
