I liked the location, about 1 km from the beach and away from nighttime noise. The room was a decent size and had a balcony. I appreciated that the room was cleaned daily. I didn’t like the bed – it was super hard and I woke up with back pain every morning. The air conditioning was terrible, made a lot of noise, and sometimes produced an even more annoying squeak. The first three nights I had a hard time sleeping, but after that I got used to the noise. I also didn’t like that the shower didn’t have a partition from the bathroom; after showering the whole floor was wet. Finally, there should be a barrier so the water doesn’t go to the other side.

We stayed a week in March at this hotel and it left an excellent impression. The establishment is very clean, well maintained, and especially pleasant. The staff are truly top‑class: always helpful, attentive, and professional. A big thank you especially to SUWIT, who was exceptional throughout our stay – always smiling, listening, and very kind. We also appreciated the little touches like the daily water bottles, which are very welcome. Finally, the hotel’s location in Kata is ideal for enjoying the surroundings. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return!

The staff’s friendliness, the quality of the hotel and restaurant, and the access to the pool are all great. The value for money is very good.
