The room was huge and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were good. It felt pricey because breakfast wasn’t included. A nice café is a 5‑minute walk away, and the bar and restaurant serve good food.

The village is pleasant, with shops, a good pub, a river, and hiking in the Rhinogs. It’s quiet, has good parking, and the staff are friendly. The room is comfortable and offers nice views. Breakfast wasn’t available during my stay, and the bar meals were average.

“Ok for a night if there is no where else or location is a priority”

The location was convenient and parking was easy. The bedding needed replacement; the sheets and duvets were worn with marks and stains. The double bed’s placement required some maneuvering to sleep in it.

“We were happy with this hotel even with the minor faults.”

Breakfast wasn’t being served, but the location and car park were good. The shower head wouldn’t lock, the bedroom door could be opened without a key because the catch was loose, and after the first day we couldn’t get the free Wi‑Fi. We didn’t report these issues to the manager and managed around them.
