The welcome was very pleasant, the location a bit isolated but very quiet, the place was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, parking was possible in the courtyard in front of the house, and the value for money was very good. The nearest town, Mortain, has few restaurants or even a newspaper seller, so you need to travel about fifteen kilometres to St Hilaire du Harcouët. The lack of a television could be a handicap for some people.

The reception was very friendly, with a nice slice of cake, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything else was fine.
