The hotel is a beautiful calm oasis in true Ibizan style. The staff did everything they could for us and the food was excellent. Maybe a few more sunbeds would help.

The staff were incredibly nice, always providing pool loungers for guests, DJ live sets at the pool every day, and the food by the pool was superb. Parking was right outside the door and a short drive from the best beaches of Ibiza.

Our stay at this hotel was a real disaster. The only bright spot was a young woman at reception who was always willing and tried to help as best she could. Unfortunately, the management fell far short. From the moment we arrived, the room safe didn’t work—just one of many issues. The worst was that we went an entire evening and a half‑day without water in our room. They simply gave us bottled water to wash with. The shower gel and soap dispensers were empty too. We wanted to use the pool, but discovered we had to book it in advance. For a hotel with its stars and the rates it charges, that info should be clear. Another shock: our booking, which included breakfast, made us pay for breakfast again. We had to push for the issue to be resolved. The most regrettable thing was the complete lack of responsiveness from management. Despite our many requests throughout the stay, a very cold and aloof manager only met us five minutes before we left. Even the staff seemed sorry and embarrassed by the situation. This establishment is far from the image it projects. With all the malfunctions, lack of organization, and the management’s disregard for guests, we cannot recommend it. A very disappointing experience we wish no one else had. DO NOT GO.

“Loved it - really lovely boutique hotel”

We didn’t eat here but the we stayed in a junior suite. Will 100% be returning. Rooms are amazing. Pool and beds are 10/10
