The place was well kept, clean, spacious, comfortable, and pet‑friendly, and the owner communicated clearly and concisely; the location was excellent, and there was nothing negative—this accommodation surpassed my expectations.

The van’s location was ideal, making it easy to navigate the site and Selsey itself; the owner was easy to reach, very friendly, and clear, and I’ll definitely ask to rebook, with no notable negatives.

Everything was very clean, and all the essentials like fridge, microwave, etc. were present; there were no negatives, and I would use it again.

A really nice campsite with a good beach; we were very happy to stay there as a family with kids.
