The bed was clean and comfortable, the staff were good, and the views were beautiful; my daughters enjoyed the place.

From the moment we stepped in, the vibe was magical, with soothing music at the entrance setting a relaxing tone, and we were handed refreshing welcome drinks and smiles everywhere; the staff were genuinely polite, warm, and attentive, making us feel honored guests rather than just visitors, while the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable; the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful, scenic, and full of positive energy, and the swimming pool was a lovely bonus for unwinding amid Munnar's misty hills—Munnar Ice Queen Resort is an experience in itself, with hospitality that is second to none; highly recommended for families, couples, and solo travelers alike, and I will definitely return! The only downside was that the road to the resort is a bit rocky.

The stay was good with no complaints, though they could have arranged a campfire for us but didn't because the firewood was wet, as they explained; the pool area is the highlight of the property.
