The proximity to the airport, the parking, the good breakfast, the recent bathroom, and the pretty building are all positives. The sound insulation between rooms is a little light.

If you’re traveling via Gatwick, this place is perfect! It’s a family‑run B&B close to Gatwick and a short walk into Horley. The rooms are clean and organized, the breakfast is lovely, and the price is spot on. The family themselves are very kind and helpful, and they even drove us to Heathrow the next day! Nothing was wrong, it was all great.

“Great stay for the money, but bring earplugs!”

Very convenient for Gatwick airport and very affordable. Bathroom was very nice and updated, but the room and hall was a bit outdated. Walls were very thin - could hear people talking loudly in the rooms beside me all night long!
