“Great but needed a lift”
The room was lovely and the spot was great, but you have to climb 50 steps to reach it.

Everything we needed was there and it was spotless.
The spot was perfect, but checking in was confusing: no staff were there, I had to call, then they told me a code had been sent to my email, and finally a lady came to open the door for me.

The location is handy for Seel Street and the Arts Club, and the place offers a small fridge plus tea and coffee facilities, though there is no staff present.

The accommodation was comfortable, roomy, and close to everything in the centre, yet street and bar noise downstairs made me think about staying elsewhere if you’re not in Liverpool to party; a “Do not disturb” sign would have helped since I didn’t need fresh towels and sheets daily.
