Breakfast was always nice and the location in Williams was convenient, with a friendly front desk. However, I suspect the hotel was understaffed: the carpeted floors in the hallways and gym weren’t vacuumed properly, and I counted about five dead cockroaches on the gym floor. Cleaning supplies were low and the garbage outside was overflowing while staff sat nearby smoking cigarettes. I’m left wondering who the manager is and why the situation isn’t improving.
