“Very disappointing stay – extremely noisy and several issues with the room”

The cleaning lady was kind, helpful, and did her job well. The stay was very disappointing – the noise was extreme and there were several room problems. We couldn’t sleep properly because our room was directly above the wedding/event venue, and a wedding with loud music played there. We weren’t told that the rooms sat above an event venue or that weddings could happen. The noise made staying in the room impossible, so we had to leave late at night. Early in the morning a gym next to the rooms blasted loud techno music, especially the bass, around 6 AM, even with the windows shut, before the gym’s opening time. The gym seems to be a public high‑frequency gym, not just a hotel facility, and that should be stated when booking. The bathroom had significant mold, which was concerning for hygiene and health. The bathtub/shower leaked heavily; after a short shower a lot of water spilled onto the floor, and there were signs of past water damage, indicating this wasn’t a one‑off. The sauna was another let‑down: the booking listed a sauna, which was a reason we chose the hotel. When we arrived we were told there was no sauna because it had been sold. Then we heard there was an infrared sauna, but it was in a women’s changing area and unavailable to men. This was very different from what was advertised.

“Nikad vise”

The location is good and there are many nearby amenities. Nothing mentioned that the building sits directly above a wedding hall and that you can’t sleep at night because of loud music.
