“Gemütliche Kabine in süßer Anlage”

Nice single cabins with their own terrace, toilet, and shower, but separate from each other. Coupons for nearby hot springs were included. The hotel‑owned pool could only be used for a fee. No double beds were available. The blinds didn’t block out light properly; from 6 am it was already light in the room. The location looked secluded in the pictures but is actually right in the middle of town.

The bungalow‑style container was cleverly designed, comfy for two, brand‑new and stylish, with free passes to the nearby onsen that were amazing, a parking spot right in front and a 7‑Eleven just 50 m away, yet the morning light was so intense that I had to use an eye mask.

“すっきりコンパクト”

The spot was perfect—everything from the convenience store to restaurants and the hot springs was within walking distance, and parking was easy—but the room felt cramped, with the table and chairs squeezed in just barely.

Staying in a container gave me privacy from neighbors, so it was quiet, and the facilities were clean and tidy, although the container’s nature seemed to let outside temperature affect the room; I ran the AC on its lowest setting during the day and later the outdoor unit’s noise became noticeable at night, and the pillow was too firm and high for me, which might be uncomfortable for Japanese women unless its height and softness could be adjusted.
