“Good value for money”

The property was clean and the staff were lovely and attentive, the breakfast food was delicious; however, the car park is limited so you may not get a spot and will have to find an alternate spot and walk up, and there was a slight damp smell in the hall/lobby area.

I stayed here because my 3‑year‑old granddaughter was with me, and the staff treated her like family; it felt like a second home, and I couldn’t find any negatives.

The hotel sits right in the centre of town, but the bedroom has a window that faces the corridor and the soundproofing is awful – every footstep from the hallway and other rooms is audible.

“Would stay again but lacks personality and service”

The new double room was comfortable, but the TV signal was weak; the restaurant was decent yet clearly understaffed, as I saw two people leave because of poor service, and overall the hotel lacked enough general staff.
