The accommodation is located in a new development and itself is very new; you feel immediately at ease there; nothing is missing in terms of equipment: TV, air conditioning, balcony with table and chairs, and the décor is also very well chosen. The landlord contacted us immediately after our booking and we were warmly received. Breakfast takes place in a separate room, and here we were offered everything Italian standards. We can only recommend this apartment further, as it is also geographically convenient for travel to Matera etc., only 30 minutes away; the price‑performance ratio is unbeatable. Perhaps if you prefer the Italian flair of houses, then this settlement is more like Northern Europe, but that is really whining at a high level.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything was nicely organized, and we felt very welcome. The location was also great. There was nothing we really disliked. Everything was as expected and we were very satisfied with our stay
