“值得再次选择”
The setting is beautiful and the room staff are friendly; as soon as I entered the hotel, Echo greeted me politely and handled the check‑in quickly without any boring queue. When I later asked about late checkout and a slew of online reservation changes, she answered each question patiently, explained everything clearly and even repeated her explanations when I kept asking. She is genuinely kind, meticulous and empathetic, always thinking from the guest’s perspective and arranging everything flawlessly. This stay was great largely thanks to Echo’s thoughtful service, so a full‑score rating is well deserved. The only drawback was that the Chinese business package could use some improvement.
