Vazamento no banheiro Música alta no café da manhã que chegava nos quartos logo cedo Banheira com cabelo Wi-Fi oscilava muito Toalhas de banho pequenas e ásperas Cor da água amarela, alegaram ser a cor da d’água da cidade Solicitei um balde com gelo e cobraram R$15,00, para um hotel considerado 05 estrelas achei um absurdo…

Comfort, cleanliness, space, furnishings and a jacuzzi were all great, and the breakfast was wonderful! The bathroom lighting was extremely weak, making it impossible to do makeup at night – please improve it – and I also missed a large mirror in the room.

The hotel has good facilities, a complete breakfast, pools and plenty of common areas, but the room acoustics were lacking; we heard loud noises in the hallway and from other rooms, plus the plumbing noise, and the pillows could have been better.
