The view was great and the rooms were clean.

We stayed there with my family for 2 nights. A few days ago we booked a deluxe room, but upon arrival they handed us a studio “because there were no rooms available.” 1. The bathroom fittings were leaking. 2. The exhaust fan wasn’t working. 3. Room service never arrived even after several calls. 4. They didn’t provide a blanket for extra bedding. 5. The owner was rude and uncooperative. I expected better service and behaviour, so I won’t visit again.

The ambience was good. The staff were unclear about the rules and regulations, the owner had different timings, and the staff had other schedules. The AC stopped working at midnight and no one came to check it despite multiple reminders. They collected a 1000 safety deposit that was not mentioned anywhere. Pathetic staff.
