Everything was quite decent and they even upgraded my room without asking; the receptionist Miguel was fantastic and charming, and the price‑quality ratio was unbeatable. The sink was clogged—we mentioned it and were told it could be fixed then, but it wasn’t, so we just asked them to note it for next time.
