The building’s structure, design, and furniture were great. Breakfast was good and healthy, buffet‑style. The owner and staff were welcoming, and there was a large parking space inside the property’s gate. Nothing was missing—everything was great!

Everything was perfect, every detail thought of, a fantastic house with great outdoor spaces. After a couple of days of trekking we rested and recharged here—perfect! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The villa is stunning, freshly renovated and offers a gorgeous view of the coast. It’s a relaxing setting, ideal for anyone planning trips around the Gran Sasso area. The value for money is the best I’ve ever experienced, even better in person than in the photos! I’ll definitely come back.
