The location is amazing, the hotel is great, and the staff are excellent. The room is spacious and clean. Only two elevators were working, which was tough.

The room was quite spacious, and there was an option to buy breakfast in the hotel lobby. Although it was expensive, it worked. The check‑in team was very attentive and efficient. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was very clean too, and there were good brand soaps and shampoos available. The luggage storage was charged. The elevators were under renovation, and sometimes there was congestion going up or down the rooms. The coffee was not restocked every day; more attention is needed on that.

The location suited our needs and the place looked clean enough. The only downside was the price, but everything in NY is expensive.

The stay was flawless—prime location, roomy and comfy room with excellent Wi‑Fi and a great bathroom. Everything was within less than five minutes from metro stops to restaurants, and the price was very fair compared to other hotels. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.
