Breakfast was good, biscuits would have been nice but overall satisfied; a picture was missing on a wall that was dirty, the imprint was visible and I felt a bit embarrassed in front of my family.

The girl at the front desk was very nice, yet the place was run down, musty smelling, dark and dreary, and breakfast was horrible.

Convenient location to restaurants and stores, but the pool is permanently closed.

The elevators were out of service and there were no extra rooms available. We were on the 3rd floor, had a late check‑in after a trip from Holiday World, and had to haul sleeping toddlers, other kids, and all our gear up the stairs.
