I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's breakfast offerings, which set me up perfectly for the day ahead. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the balcony attached to my room was too small to use, which was a shame given the lovely views from the area.

The hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to get around, and the basic amenities were all in good working order. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the room didn't do a great job of blocking out external noise, with the sounds of traffic and children's laughter carrying through quite clearly.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was marred by an overly complicated process, which seemed to involve an inordinate number of steps. To make matters worse, the reception staff seemed inflexible and lacked the communication skills to address my concerns in a timely manner.
