Hotel Tunebo Inn

The hotel is acceptable and the staff friendly. The romms don't have all the basic elements you need as traveler. Some rooms are very noisy. The breakfast is poor, milk is not included, and more than one cup coffee is not "naturally"

The receptionist who served breakfast was very helpful, though the room felt cramped even though the beds and pillows were comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff service was top‑class. The air‑conditioning in the room was cold enough to be comfortable but not freezing, which was just right. The towels were clean, and the room and hallway were spotless. The location was superb, making it a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The only issue was that the closet door in room 201 had come loose; that detail needs checking because it could be dangerous for guests with small children.

“No lo recomiendo”

The location is fine. Breakfast supposedly starts at 06:45, but you have to wait until the cook decides to serve it, often after she finishes a phone call; the minimum wait in the dining area is about thirty minutes. The kitchen staff member who serves it looks annoyed and is not pleasant to deal with.

“Para pasar una noche están bien.”

The staff member with the dark complexion was very friendly and kind. However, there was a cockroach on the breakfast table. The first room assigned to me had no working air‑conditioning, the second room had hair on the floor and the bathroom was dirty. During the early hours a machine started up and stole my sleep.
