The location is fine, but the room needs a bathroom renovation. I also found the noise from the breakfast area at 6:15 am unprofessional, with chairs, tables, glasses and cutlery being moved around while the room was being set up.

We were looking for a one‑night hotel right in Livorno, and this place delivered that. We were able to walk around the city easily. The personal reception and the ability to park our car safely in the garage deserve a shout‑out. The bathroom had mold spots that could be removed, but otherwise it was clean and fine. It would have been nice if the air‑conditioning had been switched on before we arrived.

It is close to the city centre. There is no elevator, and the room and bathroom are small.
