The staff were great. However, housekeeping never came to replace towels or empty the trash, so the room needed a deep clean rather than just a surface one. I noticed a musty odor, the elevator was filthy, and the breakfast coupon system was confusing—I didn’t receive the coupons I had paid for.

Everything was immaculate and the staff were welcoming and super helpful. My room was comfortable and the bed was cozy, and the location was convenient. There was nothing I didn’t like.
