The staff and the view were excellent, but the pillows were lacking.

It’s probably the best view of the caldera, the hotel itself is lovely, breakfast is decent, there’s a pool, and the staff are the best—always helpful, smiling, professional, and just great people; thanks, our stay was just great! The room had a few minor flaws, but nothing serious.

The staff were kind, the hotel offered nice views, it was quiet, and it sits in a convenient spot with a bus stop right across the street to Fira; walking to Oia takes about 10 minutes. Nothing to complain about.
