It exceeded my expectations: beyond the beautiful surroundings and accommodation, the service quality was superb and the staff were very professional and welcoming, making us feel at home—better than home! Thanks for everything, see you again soon!

The location is great and the host is really kind, but the second bed was uncomfortable.

We had a great stay! First and foremost, the staff are friendly, helpful, and always attentive to every need. Cleanliness and location are excellent, making it convenient for any travel. The pool area is lovely. This is a place we recommend for a peaceful, nature‑immersed stay.

The staff were all very friendly, the place was spotless and tastefully decorated, and the location was prime with a fantastic view. We stayed in apartment 5, which spanned two floors, but a generator or water pump at the back of the building ran several times a day, making a lot of noise and ruining any chance of a quiet evening; additionally, using the ground‑floor sleeping couch meant the fridge also became quite loud at intervals.

This place is perfect for a family with a dog; dogs are welcome and there’s plenty of space to run around. The restaurant offers fantastic, affordable food, and the apartments are well equipped. The beach in Livorno is only a 15‑20 minute walk away, which is totally acceptable. With a small child and a dog, I definitely recommend it. Just be prepared for the mosquitoes, as everywhere in Tuscany you will find them.
