The beds were super comfy and the place was quiet enough to actually unwind. The apartment had everything we needed and was only a short drive from the main attractions. The only hassle was having to bring your own sheets and towels – not ideal after a flight – and we kept getting bitten by mosquitoes even though the window had a screen, probably because of the surrounding greenery.

The stay turned out to be fantastic; the hosts were flexible and genuinely friendly, which made us feel right at home. Because we booked it for the weekend of the Belgian GP, we spent most of our time at the race and didn’t get to use the facilities or explore the area much. We’re looking forward to returning when there’s less going on so we can really see what the region offers.

The location was perfect and I’ve never seen a room that clean – it felt almost spotless. It was a real pleasure to walk around the neighbourhood from there. The only downside was the lack of air‑conditioning, which made the evenings a bit sticky.

What a wonderful stay – tucked away on a dead‑end street right next to a charming little stream that leads toward the Ourthe, making the walks around the Nisramont lake a real treat. The studio was spacious, tastefully decorated, and came with a beautiful garden and a sauna that added a nice touch of luxury. The owners were warm and welcoming, even leaving a bottle of La Chouffe in the fridge, and I was so taken by their whimsical paintings that I bought one for myself.

The cottage was thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting area, and a sauna that was perfect after a day of walking straight from the door. Parking was easy and Geert and Leen were always on hand to answer any questions. The only snag was that the TV and sauna instructions were only in Dutch, but the hosts quickly helped us figure everything out.
