Not hygienic, the facility is awful, there’s no backup electricity when the main power fails, no drinking water, the bedroom and toilet are bad, a lot of mosquitoes bite inside, and the wall fan is full of dust, etc.

No customer service help after booking; there’s no room. Staff behavior is poor, the building surroundings are dirty, and the photo shown is from an old inauguration. Now 😞😞😞. All aspects are bad.

The Malayalam staff were pleasant, but another staff member behaved poorly.

I appreciate the Malayalam staff for their good behavior, but I dislike the other staff who seems to come from a different state, acts rudely, and I simply request a staff change.

The staff were excellent and the room was tidy, though the lift was small.
