The location is good, but like most places here it’s overpriced and dirty, especially the bathroom.

When we arrived, they told us the room had been booked by other people even though we hadn’t received any notice, so they moved us to a shabby mini‑apartment.

“DO NOT BOOK ANY SERVICE WITH THEM”

We asked for transport from Tumpak Sewu waterfalls to the hotel; the driver picked us up at 16h and drove through the Bromo volcano crater, but we got stuck in the sand around 21h. A jeep stopped to rescue us and demanded 100k rupiahs to help with the car. We had to pay to reach the hotel and finally got there at 22h30. We were starving, but everything was closed and the staff offered no food, so we went to bed because we had booked the Bromo jeep tour from the hotel that starts at 2h30am. We woke up and the driver never showed up! So at about 3h30 we walked up to the viewpoint to see the sunrise. I would NOT recommend this accommodation to anyone!

It was close to Mount Bromo, but getting in was a bit tricky for those who don’t know the area, and the shower only had cold water.
