The staff weren’t on site and I had to keep calling them. The hotel’s high location made it hard to reach by bike, and it’s surrounded by a busy road. I had booked breakfast, but at 9 am nobody was there and no one could be reached by phone. We left with other guests after inspecting the dirty open kitchen, which had a moldy ice machine sound. A refund for breakfast costs has been pending for a month, yet the hotel remains unresponsive. Never again!

The location was good, but despite paying for breakfast we received none; nothing was prepared and the emergency phone number was unreachable. My refund request went unanswered, so I’ll never book here again.
