No breakfast was included, even though I thought it was. The location is very convenient for going anywhere you want, right next to one of the biggest tourist supermarkets. It faces a large park, almost at the corner of a main avenue. I would have liked deeper cleaning and better maintenance, for example the minibar, the shelves for hanging clothes were neglected and had an unpleasant smell, among other things.

Milena from the first shift was very attentive and took care of the guests’ well‑being. Even during the shift change she gave us support in the room! Thank you, an excellent employee!

The place is perfectly situated in the heart of Arraial, and Rodrigo greeted us with great warmth while the housekeeping ladies were constantly ready to lend a hand whenever we needed something. Unfortunately, the double‑bed mattress was uneven and the shower kept dripping even after we turned the tap off; the television only offered three local channels, so I missed the football on Globo. Those issues need fixing, but otherwise there’s nothing to complain about.

The location and price were more affordable. The facilities are older, some furniture needs to be replaced, bath towels are torn, and cleaning could be better – spider webs on the chandelier.
