Romano's Hotel & Suites Wagga Wagga

“Despite the staff being very helpful the facilities are very poor.”

The spot was convenient and the staff were friendly. The rooms, however, were cramped, lacked a bedside lamp, had no outlet near the bed for charging a phone, featured windows that wouldn’t open, omitted a bath mat, had a bathroom door that wouldn’t shut, and offered no place to hang clothes.

The location was good. The beds, though, could use an upgrade.

“Great value for money overnight pub stay”

It offered good value. The spot above a pub came with nice amenities and meals, and the staff were friendly and approachable. Keep in mind that you’re above a pub and some rooms overlook the courtyard, which can be noisy because the pub stays open until 3am every night except Sunday, and even on a quiet night the courtyard played music past 2am.

The place was superbly located. The facilities and the room were excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’d recommend it.
