Połoniny Resort, nestled in Bukowiec’s Bieszczady Mountains beside the Solinka River, offers bright, warm‑colored rooms with balconies or garden access, each featuring a private shower. Guests enjoy volleyball, table tennis, billiards, a sun terrace, and river fishing. The on‑site restaurant serves a Polish‑international buffet, café, and bar, while free parking and proximity to Solina Lake and hiking trails enhance the stay.

Atmosphere, wonderful breakfast, very helpful staff. No double bed for two people in the room.

The spot is great, bathrooms stay spotless, breakfast hits the mark, and the kids’ area is solid. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, some of the facilities and gear need a refresh, and the dinner dishes turned out too greasy and salty.

Overall, I recommend the place—there’s plenty of green around the cottages and the inn. The downside is that there aren’t many activities for older kids, but I didn’t expect them anyway.
