Pousada Mandala das Águas

The stay at Pousada Mandala das Águas was fantastic! The chalet felt cozy, spotlessly clean, featured an ofurô and a tiny kitchen for a quick coffee. The scenery was a show in itself, with gorgeous gardens and the whole property impeccably maintained. Breakfast was tasty and the owners were very attentive and welcoming. A charming spot, ideal for unwinding and enjoying nature – I’d love to return!

The place has an amazing vibe, all green everywhere. The lawn is flawless, the room is simply magnificent. We loved the trail to the stream, the rapids, everything. And the breakfast was great too!

“Um paraíso no Matutu”

The outdoor area was amazing—there’s a park with a stream, a waterfall, and loads of wildlife and plants. The chalet itself was huge and super comfy. The owners, Marcia and Rickson, live on the property and are really friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, but I wish I’d stayed longer.

The owners are super friendly, the breakfast is excellent, and the gardens are beautiful. The only downsides are that it’s far from town, there's almost no lighting at night, and there's no TV.

“The view is astonishing — and that’s about it”

It looked abandoned and poorly maintained, totally different from the photos. Not what I expected.
