Hotel Baldus

A small family hotel with very friendly and dedicated staff. We were lucky to get a room with a huge bathroom. Nothing to complain about.

Friendly hostess, good location, decent breakfast, quiet hotel. The bed was adequate, but the pillow was really uncomfortable.

The hotel owners welcomed me personally and were very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a higher room category. The spacious room featured a terrace, a large bathroom with a great rain shower and massage jets, and everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was tasty with a wide selection; the eggs were freshly cooked and the rolls came from a local bakery instead of being reheated. Overall, a very pleasant stay with no complaints.

The place was spotlessly clean and the rooms were large, including a bathroom that was also spacious with a roomy shower and plenty of storage. The beds were decent and the staff were friendly. They offer an electric car charging station and have enough parking. The value for money is good. The surroundings aren’t particularly nice, but that’s expected. The shower water pressure was weak, and it would have been nice to have a coffee or tea maker in the room.
