“Tutto ok!!!”

Everything was great, more than any other expectation! The welcome, the availability, the strategic location (very close to Tiburtina station, 10 minutes on foot), the clean and fully equipped room, even with a fridge!!! I would contact the property again if I returned to Rome! The only issue was that the bathroom lacked a bidet, but that can be fixed.

The cleanliness was good, and there was nothing else to mention.

“Camera molto bella e funzionale, bagno privato ottimo e ottima disponibilità da parte del proprietario. Comodo per muove”

The place was gorgeous and situated in a very convenient spot, but I did miss a few basics inside like toilet paper or a toilet brush.

The quietness, the equipment, the cleanliness of the room (with a fridge in the room), and the contact with the owner (useful info about the neighborhood, airport link) were all great. Shops were just 5 minutes away and the train station was close (15 minutes). The shared kitchen was very useful. The room was on the 2nd floor with an elevator.
