Kamelya Fulya Hotel & Aqua - Ultra All Inclusive

The hotel was wonderful—we loved everything and will definitely return, especially since we were traveling with three teenage kids who spent most of their time at the fantastic water park and other activities; the huge green area spans all three Camellia‑brand hotels, making it easy to wander, and parking was simple for those driving. Compared to many Turkish resorts we’ve visited, the service here stood out, with every staff member exceptionally friendly; upon arrival we received an upgrade to a clean, odor‑free suite, complete with all towels, bathrobes and slippers, and housekeeping was solid. There were numerous pools, including an indoor one at the spa, a large sandy beach with a gentle sea entry, and the food was excellent—so varied it outshone some luxury‑positioned hotels in Antalya. The ladies in the Ulbolsyn and Asemgul restaurants served us wonderfully, and the young gentleman at reception was very polite, though I can’t recall his name. All in all, a very good hotel and we’ll be back.

The hotel’s spot is great, the pools are consistently clean and well‑kept, the programmes and atmosphere are superb, and the staff and bar staff are very friendly—Patrik the animator especially stood out as helpful and pleasant throughout. The food was generally tasty, and the complimentary dinner we received at the on‑site Italian restaurant was a real highlight with very flavorful dishes. However, the room desperately needs renovation: it wasn’t clean on arrival, and a filthy extra bed was blocking the terrace door until we complained and it was removed. Our paid sea‑view room faced a warehouse door, the entrance door’s soundproofing was terrible, and the cleaning crew were shouting loudly in the hallway and vacuuming at 8 am. The buffet became monotonous toward the end, and the paid smoothie bar was a disappointment: instead of the advertised €3 per drink, we were charged €7 for two drinks on the card and received no explanation.

The hotel is truly cool – everything is thought out in detail, beautiful, comfortable and atmospheric. From day one, a high level of service and attention to guests is felt. There are several pools, bars almost everywhere, excellent cuisine and a wide selection of dishes. The strongest impression comes from the staff – attentive, friendly and always ready to help. I’d like to single out waitress Ulbalu; every time we came to eat, she was very attentive, very welcoming and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Such staff really create a special atmosphere and a desire to return. I also want to thank the Guest Relations Manager, Maya. Thanks to her, we oriented ourselves quickly and didn’t waste time on unnecessary searches and questions. Maya is very pleasant, attentive and responsive. She constantly asked if we were fine, helped with any questions and truly cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. It’s thanks to people like her that you realize a high‑level hotel is not just about beautiful grounds, rooms and restaurants, but primarily about people who create the mood and impressions for guests. Thank you to the whole hotel team for a great stay! We will definitely recommend this hotel and happily return again. Our room was 3213.

I stayed at a lovely place with plenty of facilities that were great for families, and the staff were friendly. The food, however, didn’t always taste good.
