The room was tidy and the bed comfy, yet it felt run‑down and old, as if renovations were just beginning.

The hotel was well‑situated, but it was under construction.

The location was peaceful and the pool was nice; nothing else to note.

The place was quiet and calm with lovely staff, so I wouldn’t pick another hotel on Rawai, though the room felt a bit dated because the owner is currently renovating the property for a fresh look.

The value for money was excellent, the staff friendly, I didn’t eat on site, and the pool looked very clean.
