Gerda was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was great, the room, bathroom and all other facilities were spotless and fully functional, and refreshments were available 24/7. As someone who likes coffee at 2 am or 4 am, sharing a coffee station with other guests was inconvenient because walking there could wake them; a kettle in the room would have helped a lot.

Gerdia was an amazing host, and the room was the most comfortable and clean one I've seen; I felt very safe traveling alone. The breakfast was incredible, and even though my room had a TV, I preferred to sit in the spacious lounge and watch shows, almost tempted to try snooker. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks, Gerdia.
