I loved this hotel; the staff were exceptional, the décor was beautiful in its simplicity, and I enjoyed the lounge area and the gym. Our room was lovely and the only one on our entire trip that had a closet and drawers. The bathroom was very modern compared to the other hotels, and it was also the largest room we stayed in during our whole Japan trip. The blinds in our room were difficult to use, and the elevators were extremely hot with no climate control, making it a bit uncomfortable.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the equipment was good, the room was a decent size with a large bed. The view was just a wall, and there was little natural light. If you paid for the reservation entirely through Booking, be sure to note that the hotel will still ask you to pay on arrival and does not check the payment status.

Loved the location! Staff were superb friendly and helpful! And they're was a sister hotel around the corner that we were able to book the kitchen and cook our own meal! It was amazing!!. Pillows aren't the most comfy
