The host family were incredibly friendly and did everything they could to make us feel at home. The place was brand new and the hot shower was amazing. We had a great stay and really appreciate the warm hospitality.

The accommodation was spotless, new and gorgeous. The reception staff were super welcoming. I loved the location – away from the noisy part of Weligama, in a quiet riverside setting. I really had nothing to complain about.

Мы провели прекрасный месяц на этой чудесной вилле. Вилла абсолютно новая и на ней есть все, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Две раздельные спальни. Два сан.узла. Большая зона гостиной. Удобная парковка прямо на территории. Также есть собственный выход к реке. Хозяева виллы чудесные люди! Они делали все для того, чтобы наше проживание на вилле было потрясающим! Так совпало, что во время проживания здесь у меня был день рождения. Они приехали всей семьей и устроили для меня настоящий праздник с подарками и тортом!

Мы с женой провели месяц в отпуске на Шри-Ланке и все это время жили на этой чудесной вилле. Нам очень понравилось наше пребывание: вилла была очень светлой, чистой, просторной и совершенно новой. В ней было все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Я настоятельно рекомендую остановиться здесь. Хозяева были замечательными и очень добрыми к нам

We spent a night in October 2025 in the Deluxe Double Room with our family, and it was a lovely experience. The property is brand new, and we were among the first guests to stay here. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful, and the rooftop offered a beautiful view of the river—especially at sunset, when the light reflected on the water and the whole place felt serene. We had requested breakfast, and the host went out of their way to prepare a generous spread just for us. Their attention to detail and kindness really made us feel at home. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The location was also convenient—just a short drive (about 2.8 km) to Weligama Beach—making it easy to enjoy both the calm of the river and the beach vibe. Overall, Bee Yu River Lodge is a wonderful little escape, perfect for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and genuine Sri Lankan hospitality. Nothing to add.
